New framework programme strengthens partnership between Finland and Africa

Photo: Hanna Ovaskainen.The Foreign Ministry’s new development policy framework programme for Africa creates a strategic frame of reference for strengthening partnership between Finland and Africa through development policy measures. “The continent is the most important focal point of Finland’s development policy,” said Minister Väyrynen in explaining the reasons for the programme at the press conference held to publicise its release.
