The EU Foreign Ministers will convene at a meeting of the Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels on 14 March. Finland's representative at the meeting will be Minister for Foreign Affairs Timo Soini. The agenda of the meeting will include Iran, Russia, Libya, and the Middle East peace process.
High Representative for Foreign Affairs Federica Mogherini will chair the discussion focusing on the relations between the EU and Iran. Broad-based development of the relations will become possible after the implementation of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) concerning Iran's nuclear programme.
