KAM/Promoting child rights and work against child labour

Description

The project aims at preventing the worst forms of child labour and protecting children involved in them. Local communities are mobilised, and particularly the young are encouraged to act against the worst forms of child labour. The project increases knowledge, understanding and action among decision-makers, employers and general public on child labour and child rights violations. Existing protection groups will be trained, advocacy, lobbying and awareness raising are conducted, and the capacity of LICADHO increased.
