    Visa required to Schengen area and Finland
  • N.B. The exemption from the visa requirement does not apply to persons living in the Kosovo region holding biometric passports granted by the Coordination Directorate of the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Serbia in Belgrade. These passports, marked PEC.REBULIKA SRBIJA and MUP R SRBIJEK, KOORDINACIONA UPRAVA, must be accompanied with a visa. (See also: Kosovo: travel documents for trips to Finland)

An agreement between the European Community and the Republic of Serbia on the facilitation of the issuance of visas has been in force from 1 January 2008 (Official Journal of the European Union, 19 Dec. 2007, Nr. L 334/137)
